The Community Bulletin Board is provided as a convenience to residents of Keene’s Pointe.  You may use it to post messages of community interest and also posts of things for sale (including homes offered by owner.)

There are only three requirements to use the board.

1. All posts must be signed and must include your contact information and an expiration date beyond which you no longer want the post to show on the board.

2. Placing your item or home for sale here means that you agree to email us as soon as it is sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agent.

3. No profanity or links to offensive sites will be allowed.

Note:   FSBOs may advertise their homes on MyKeenesPointe.com in the FSBO section.  We ask that you email us a digital picture of the front (or post a link to a picture in the Optional Image URL box located below the message area in the bulletin board.)  If you don't have a picture, we can take one for you at your request.  Please post the asking price, contact information for you, the number of bedrooms and baths, year built, builder (if known), sq.ft., and address also.  If you have a website for your home already, you can post the link in the Optional Link URL: field in the bulletin board.
